WoofStock
Our Mega Pet Adoption Event
In 2019, Heidi’s Hope For Homeless Animals organized a communitywide mega-pet adoption event, WoofStock. Our mega-pet adoption event was fun, festive and, most of all, a huge success for the pets and their new families! In only four hours, we adopted 26 “at-risk” dogs and cats, many who had spent months and even years in shelter and foster care. There were many tears of joy when these previously overlooked pets were finally adopted into good homes with their forever families!
You can’t change a rescue dog’s past, but you can rewrite his future. Rescue does not mean damaged. It means they have been let down by humans. On behalf of my fellow rescue dogs and cats, please make adoption your only option! Layers of love are revealed on both ends of the leash. You can’t buy love, but you can rescue it!
WoofStock has been on a 2-year pandemic hiatus and will return in 2023 to save the lives of pets in desperate need of good homes! WoofStock turns sad beginnings into happy endings!
